How does it work?
We actively and constantly search in Germany, Switzerland, and Spain. You choose where you want to emigrate, and we support you.
- You receive at least 5 job openings per week with a personalized application letter.
- An advisor dedicates time to help you prepare applications and interviews.
- We provide legal and practical support for up to 12 months after your arrival in Europe.
- We publish your profile on our network of recruiters and specialized portals.
- Analysis of your experience, references, and education, with suggestions for other high-demand professions that can improve your job prospects and quality of life in Europe.
- Publication of your migration preferences on a Swiss portal (e.g., whether you can cover flights and language courses or whether they must be paid for by the employer).
If you do not choose Spain from the outset, we recommend Germany or Switzerland for their higher salaries.
It is essential that you learn German (for Switzerland, French or Italian will also work). That is why we ask that you to attend 10-20 hours of German classes per week for 12 months. Your consistency is key: the opportunities that recruiters see in your profile depend on this course.
If you find the language too difficult, we can redirect your strategy to Spain, where we also have an active network of contacts.

A few years ago, the German government and the Goethe-Institut launched the so-called "Integrationskurs" — an intensive German language course designed to help newcomers quickly learn German and begin living and working in Germany.
The program runs from Monday to Friday, 20 hours per week, in groups of up to 20 participants. The official rate was set at €4.53 per hour, reduced to €2.23 per hour for EU citizens residing in Germany, asylum seekers, or people receiving social assistance. However, participation is limited to those with authorization from BAMF and only available on-site in Germany.
